我公司承建的云南省昆明市嵩明生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2023年11月28日通過72+24小時試運行。
The flue gas cleaning project of Songming Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project in Kunming, Yunnan Province, undertaken by our company, passed a 72+24-hour trial operation on November 28, 2023.
該項目建設(shè)一座焚燒處理1×500t/d的生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠，配置1×500t/d機械爐排垃圾焚燒鍋爐+1×12MW汽輪發(fā)電機組。煙氣處理采用“SNCR脫硝+旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法脫酸系統(tǒng)＋干法脫酸+活性炭噴射系統(tǒng)＋袋式除塵器+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。
The project aims to construct a 1 × 500t/d domestic waste incineration power plant, equipped with 1 × 500t/d mechanical grate waste incineration boiler and 1 × 12MW steam turbine generator set. The flue gas cleaning process of "SNCR denitration+rotary spray semi dry deacidification system+dry deacidification+activated carbon injection system+bag filter+fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process" is adopted for flue gas treatment, which is our equipment supply project.
